Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do we get started?

Getting started is easy—just call, text, or book online. Our team will help you find the best teacher, schedule, and program for your child. Lessons are first-come, first-served, so we recommend reserving your spot early.

2. What ages and skill levels do you teach?

We teach students starting as young as age 4 through adults, including complete beginners and advanced musicians. Lessons are customized for each student’s level, pace, and goals.

3. What instruments and types of lessons do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of instruments all in one location, including piano, guitar (electric & acoustic), drums, voice, violin, bass, ukulele, brass, woodwinds, and more.

This makes it convenient for families to schedule multiple lessons in one place.

4. How are your lessons different from traditional music schools?

Our approach focuses on getting students playing music right away—often starting with songs they enjoy—while still building a strong foundation over time.

We balance fun and structure so students stay motivated and continue progressing.

Founded in 2006, we bring over two decades of experience serving the Littleton community. By continuously listening to what local families want, we are always striving to “out-evolve” what we did yesterday—so we can provide the best possible music lesson experience in Littleton, Colorado.

5. Do students have to learn to read music?

No—reading music is introduced at the right time. Many students begin by learning songs and building confidence first, then develop reading skills as they progress.

6. How long are lessons and how often do they occur?

Lessons are typically scheduled once per week and are available in 30-minute or 60-minute formats (or longer if desired), depending on the student’s age and goals.

7. What is your pricing structure and are there contracts?

Lessons are billed month-to-month with:

No long-term contracts

No large upfront payments

No annual or semester commitments

No required material or performance fees

There is a small one-time registration fee at signup.

8. Do you offer recitals or performance opportunities?

Yes—students have the opportunity to participate in optional recitals throughout the year. These performances are a fun, low-pressure way for students to showcase their progress, build confidence, and celebrate their hard work with family and friends.

9. Is your school safe for children?

Yes—student safety is a top priority. The school provides:

Background-checked staff

Video monitoring throughout the facility

Viewing windows in every room

An open-door policy for parents

Staff present during all lessons

10. Can parents stay during lessons or wait on-site?

Absolutely. We offer a comfortable, family-friendly waiting area with Wi-Fi, seating, and space for parents or siblings to relax during lessons.

11. What if my child loses interest or needs motivation?

We take student engagement seriously and build motivation into the learning experience by:

- Letting students learn songs and styles they enjoy

- Offering flexibility to explore different instruments or genres

- Using a “Musical Ladder” system with rewards like trophies, wristbands, and certificates

- Providing recital opportunities that keep students excited and working toward a goal

Our goal is to keep students inspired, confident, and excited to keep progressing.
